Sleeping babe

There is just something incredibly sweet about a sleeping baby.

Cute girl

We feel so lucky that this cute girl is ours!! She is just as cute and sweet on the Inside as she is on the outside. (Minute the terrible twos that present themselves with a vengeance on occasion, haha)

Caught!

The other day I did laundry and afterward I folded everything and left it on the couch. A little while later I found Avery shoving all of her clothes in her drawer and all I could do was hurry and grab my phone to snap a picture. It made me smile because I know in her little mind she is helping me out so much. Such a sweet thing!

25 weeks/25 months

This was 2 weeks ago, but it was a fun milestone to hit! Avery is 25 months and here I was at 25 weeks with this baby girl. She is growing and my belly is getting bigger by the day! We are grateful for such a healthy pregnancy and for such a healthy little toddler. Here's to 13 more weeks!

Payson Utah Temple And visiting Aunt Dowey

We had such a fun weekend going up to see the Payson Utah temple open house and spending some time with Dawan. First off Avery loves Dawan so much! She talks about her all day long. She calls her "dowey". They send videos back and forth all week long and she calls to talk to Aves and facetimes atleast weekly. It's really cute. Avery also loves the Temple! So it was a great weekend for her:) It was nice to get away from Home for a little bit- we went to the open house, went to the outlets, made homemade pizza, visited the aquarium at Cabellas, rode the Ferris wheel, and we even went to the zoo! We can't wait to visit again!

Pregnancy announcement

We thought we were pretty clever with this one:)
She might look sad, but she is so so so excited!

Graduation December 2014

We did it!! We really did it!!
It was the most draining semester for me,
Hayden was busier than ever, and
we had to ask for more help with Avery than we anticipated,
but we graduated together!!
Thank goodness for wonderful people willing to help us out,
We graduated from BYU-Idaho!
With a 19 month old- whew that was crazy!

Hayd was one of 12 students in the whole communication department
to receive the Gordan B. Hinckley communicator award.
So proud of him!

Some of his favorite professors who had a huge impact on him.
SO thankful for them!!
It would be a dream for us to end up back in Rexburg with Hayden at
BYU-Idaho working with these people. We sure are crossing our fingers for that one.

Grateful for family members willing to chase our little
rugrat around.

Some of our best memories happened at this school!
We will forever be grateful for this place and the special memories it holds for us.
Because of BYU-I me and Hayden met.
We dated here, fell in love, and lived the first 4 years of our marriage here.
We brought home our first child while living here,
had some amazing experiences that really will shape the rest of our lives.
BYU-I you were so good to us, and we hope to one day be back!
And if we aren't, we sure hope our children will be!

Easter 2015

Easter 2015 was the best one yet! Avery understood what was going on and was so much fun.
We took her to an Easter egg hunt that they had here in Cedar City,
but unfortunately we got the time wrong and instead of being 10 minutes early we were 20 minutes late.
There were hundreds of kids there, but the volunteers saw Avery walking around with an empty basket and gave her a cute little puzzle.

It is our conference tradition to get donuts every Saturday conference.
After we left the Easter egg hunt we went to grab some donuts and chocolate milk..
this girl was in heaven!! She was sure to eat every single sprinkle off that donut ;)

Since we were late and Aves didn't really get to participate in the
egg hunt, we put on our own little Easter egg hunt across the street at the church for her.
Hayden went and hid all the eggs, and she loved it so much!
She kept saying, "oh more!!" whenever she would see another egg.

She was sure to test out all that delicious candy in her easter eggs.

We dyed easter eggs and had so much fun!
Avery cracked almost all the eggs,
but we didn't mind. Hayden just turned them all into
delicious deviled eggs anyway.

We had so much fun waking her up Easter morning
and letting her find her Easter basket and all the eggs.
She was so cute about all of it.

I love that Easter sunday ended up being on conference sunday.
It sure made for one special Easter to hear from our Prophet and His
disciples on such a meaningful day.
